Whilst we now have over 70 colleagues, we have always been determined to retain the agility, entrepreneurial spirit and personal approach of a boutique agency. We actively encourage our team to share opportunities, bring colleagues into conversations and create a genuine sense of collective responsibility for the talent we represent. It means our clients benefit from the expertise and support of an entire team, rather than just an individual manager.

But I also believe collaboration should extend beyond the walls of Insanity HQ. As an industry, we share a collective responsibility to ensure creators are represented fairly, valued appropriately and protected by commercial terms that reflect their contribution. Whilst we may compete with other management agencies for business, there is far more that unites us than divides us. By working more closely together, sharing knowledge and challenging industry norms, we have a real opportunity to collectively raise standards and create a better, fairer future for talent. That is something I would love to see more of, and something we are committed to championing at Insanity.
